Inhaling to Integrate My Evolution

Evolution

From Jin Shin Jyutsu® acupressure, we know harmony begins with the breath.

Balanced exhale and inhale, as well as other forms of giving and receiving, support health and awareness. In my quest for balance I realize I need to integrate the profound personal and professional shifts of the past few weeks, before I “exhale” my next blog post. So please pardon my temporary silence while I step into my multi-dimensional evolution. I look forward to sharing more as I continue to find my way home to myself.

  1. Christy,
I have missed your voice, but appreciate that a healer needs time and space for her own work. I will be thinking of you as you work your way home to yourself.

    • Hi Mary Claire,
Thanks for your comment and kindness. The shifts I’m experiencing are some of the largest in this lifetime. Happily they are positive and liberating! They do require “digestion” but I think it’s time and energy well spent.

I hope all is well with you.

      Warmly,
      Christy

  2. I agree with Mary Claire, I miss your voice as well; but mot at the expense of your health and well-being. Although I do not post comments often, I am always excited to read your blog posts every week. Self-care and self-compassion are so important for all of us and especially healers. I appreciate your honesty. Thank you for all you do, Christy.

    Cheers to transformation!

    • Hi Lori,
Thank you! Yes, sometimes integration forces its way to the forefront. I’m surprisingly tired but in a good way. All is well. You’re welcome and thank you for your comment, interest, and friendship.
      Hugs,
      Christy
